Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using DTA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.
Your data
You retain all ownership of the business data you connect to DTA. We access this data only to provide the dashboard and alert services you request. You can disconnect your data source at any time.
Billing, cancellation & refunds
Paid plans are billed per location, monthly or annually, through our merchant of record, Paddle.com — Paddle's name appears on your statement and Paddle handles payment processing and sales tax. Trials are free for 30 days and don't require a card.
You can change plans or location counts, or cancel, at any time from your Billing page. Plan changes are prorated automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, nothing further is charged after it, and there are no exit or cancellation fees.
If something went wrong with a charge — a mistake, a double bill, or the service failing to deliver — email hello@getdta.com within 14 days of that charge and we'll make it right, up to and including a full refund of the charge. Outside of that, amounts already billed for the current period are not refunded when you cancel. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.
Limitation of liability
DTA provides the service on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email.
